This notice explains what information the website collects when you contact Kabir, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, real estate interests, areas, budget, timeline and message. Depending on your enquiry, it may include a property address or commercial space requirements. Please do not include identification documents, payment information or other sensitive documents.
Why it is collected
Kabir Mann uses this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and maintain a record of your conversations. Optional email updates permission is collected separately. An enquiry is not automatically a subscription.
Source information
The website records the submission page, enquiry entry point, available referring website origin and advertising campaign tags. It remembers the first entry page and available campaign tags for the current browser-tab session using session storage. This helps identify where enquiries originate; it does not identify anonymous visitors’ private contact details.
Storage and service providers
The website-to-CRM connection is active. Enquiry details are transmitted over HTTPS to Kabir’s private CRM, hosted on Cloudflare Workers and stored in its Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes the information to provide this service. CRM access is restricted to Kabir’s authenticated account.
Interactive project map
If you choose to load the project map, your browser connects to jsDelivr for map software and OpenStreetMap for map tiles. These providers receive normal web-request information such as your IP address. Enquiry details are not included in those map requests.
Email updates
If you select optional email updates, the CRM records that choice, the consent wording version and submission time. Email marketing delivery is not currently connected. You may withdraw permission by emailing Kabir.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, pages viewed, device and approximate location information, calculator interactions, contact-link clicks and successful enquiry counts. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and calculator amounts are not included in our analytics events. URL query strings and fragments are excluded; limited campaign tags may be included. Google receives normal connection information such as your IP address. Advertising personalization is disabled. Declining keeps the Google tracking script from loading. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice; withdrawing stops future collection and clears accessible Analytics cookies, but does not erase previously collected data. Your questions and choices
Contact Kabir to request access to or correction of information, withdraw email-updates permission, or ask about deletion and retention. Requests must be reviewed against any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
